If we were to hire several customer service agents to operate phones, we would be forced to raise our prices – something we’re simply not willing to do to our valued customers. We have found that communication via email is both efficient and effective – it ensures that you get the best products at the lowest prices!

Q: Is my product guaranteed?
Yes. All products purchased from our website are guaranteed for 30 days under our Return/Exchange Warranty. If the product received is not as advertised, a replacement or exchange will be issued. Seller will not be held responsible for item incompatibility. Please verify the power requirements of your device with our AC adapter specifications. No product liability insurance is assumed. We will accept returns and will issue refunds for those items which were shipped as an incorrect item or found to be defective. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. Unless otherwise stated above, you may return any product for a refund within 30 days of ordering it, subject to a 20% restocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Returns will not be processed without an RMA form.
